So you've got the basics, the computer, a reasonably fast connection, and your seated so that your head fills the screen, and your mouth is near your microphone. Here's what to do next. By default, WEBEX will put a single row of who is online at the bottom of the screen, and you need to scroll to see who is online. Improve the visuals by selecting "grid view", here's how: help.webex.com/en-us/fkf15cb/Screen-Layouts-in-the-Cisco-Webex-Meetings-Virtual-Desktop-AppNow, for the next common annoyance, WEBEX will constantly switch between users, bringing up the video feed of whoever speaks loudest. Stop this by selecting ONE video feed to display, either the President leading the meeting, or whomever is deemed "host" on your display. The President/Host can then can direct the meeting as normal, calling on whomever holds up their hand to speak. This will avoid many simultaneous conversations, and over talking.
